To contract any service, you must present a copy of the vaccination report, a copy of the pet’s official identification document, as well as the mandatory registration form. Vaccinations and internal and external deworming must be up to date.

We accept services from reactive dogs and/or potentially dangerous breeds, as long as they are well trained and do not pose a danger to the team. We also do walks as long as you have the necessary protection, such as the appropriate muzzle and leash. In the case of a Pet Boarding service, the stay will not be shared with other dogs.

Ideally, the service should be requested at least one week before the desired date. This allows for the obligatory recognition visit before any service takes place. In the case of services requested 48 hours before (or less than) the desired date, we reserve the right to refuse the service due to lack of time for the recognition visit and/or internal team organization.

The service is only considered confirmed when the full payment confirmation for the service has been sent. Once payment has been verified by our team, a service confirmation email and details will be sent.

Payment must be made before the start of the service and can be made in cash, by bank transfer or with MB Way.

If a service is canceled more than 7 days in advance, only 50% of the total cost of the service will be refunded to cover the cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, there will be no refund. There is only the possibility of rescheduling the service to a new date subject to the availability of the Dog Walker/Pet Sitter.

For your pet’s stay, it’s essential to bring a collar and/or harness, a leash, food, some toys, a bed and anything else that will make your pet comfortable!

In order to ensure maximum safety and hygiene, we ask that you do not feed your pet until 3 hours before the trip to avoid nausea and vomiting.

The keys should be handed over before the service begins, preferably during the recognition visit. You should also have a spare key in case of unforeseen circumstances.
